Karl Borg

The Managing Director, Karl Borg has been entrusted with organising and has been taking care of logistics of major national and international events for the past 20 years. Throughout these years he has achieved a vast experience together with trustworthiness. He has been trained in protocol and ethics, crowd control, health and safety, fire fighting, live saving, first aid and also managerial skills. In 2002 he was also nominated for the Worker of the Year Awards, organised by the Government of Malta.

Within his extensive portfolio, there are the organisation / event management including logistics management during electoral campaigns, official opening (Lufthansa Technik; Villa Francia; Villa Roseville; St. Vincent de Paule – Dementia Ward) seminars (Riforma MEPA), press conferences (Signing of Palumbo; Signing of Manoel Island Yacht Yard; Signing of The Restoration of The Bastions; White Rocks signing) and exhibitions (City Gate Project-Grand Harbour Regeneration Corporation; St Paul’s Exhibition at the Office of the Prime Minister, and The Worldwide Exhibition of the Diary of Anne Frank – (Vaults) Office of the Prime Minister), to name a few. He was also the logistics manager of the Malta Week in Brussels organised by the Maltese Members of the European Parliament; Arriva Official Launch organised by Transport Malta; The Christening of the CMA CGM Pegasus at Malta Freeport and The Valletta Grand Prix 2009 / 2010.

He was also logistically involved in high profile concerts (Sir Elton John, The Australian Pink Floyd, Eros Ramazzotti, Sting, Zucchero, East to West Concert, Gigi D’Alessio, The Isle of MTV ’08 and Music in the Air. Whilst working for Right Exhibit (2004 – 2007) he was employed as Logistics Manager in major events in other European countries including Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, UK, France, and Portugal. The events included
Powerboat P1 Grand Prix and setup of International fairs and exhibition stands.
