When you entrust us with your event we can
- liaise with you to ascertain your precise event requirements;
- produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
- secure and book a suitable venue or location;
- ensure insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to;
- co-ordinate venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire;
- plan room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops and demonstrations;
- organise facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and press;
- identify and secure speakers or special guests;
- co-ordinate staffing requirements and staff briefings;
- sell sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners;
- arrange accommodation for exhibitors and/or delegates;
- prepare delegate packs and papers;
- create, implement and monitor marketing and PR plans;
- liaise with you and designers to create a brand/look for the event;
- liaise with newspapers, TV, radio and other media;
- write press releases or briefs in order to gain maximum exposure for the event;
- organise the design and production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochures;
- co-ordinate everything on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
- guide you to follow accurately Malta’s protocol and the flag protocol if required
- handle client queries on the day and troubleshooting exhibitor and visitor problems on the day;
- oversee the dismantling and removal of the event, and clearing the venue efficiently;
- carry out a post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
